“You’re on the right path” is the motto that Peter Cosentino and the team at Warriewood cafe, Eleven 11 live by and with the release of their stunning new Autumn menu, we have to say that this motto could not have been executed better.
The venue screams jungle vibes which blend perfectly in the cafe’s position in Warriewood’s, The Grove development and the relaxed, coastal atmosphere that Warriewood boasts.
The menu is as photogenic as the nearby Warriewood beach and the fact that the food tastes as good as it looks provides a high level of respect to the kitchen team as in my opinion, too many cafe’s today are obsessed with looks and don’t focus on taste and flavour profiles, although this is something that Eleven 11 has executed to the highest manner, every bite I had was absolutely tongue tantalising, a unicorn some may say.
The newly refined breakfast menu boasts family classics such as delectable Bacon and Egg Rolls, Acai Bowls and Smashed Avo although the culinary team have also redefined a number of cafe essentials such as Pancakes with their interpretation being the Cottage Cheese Pancakes with a fresh fruit salad and authentic Canadian maple syrup, The Truffled Eggs Benedict ($17) which taste’s even better than it sounds and don’t forget to grab their Uber-popular Corn Fritters with Roquette, Bacon, Poached Eggs and Sweet Chilli.
And yes… it gets even better. The lunch menu takes it up a notch with items such as Fish Tacos for $15.00 with Beer Battered flathead, steak cut fries and salad. The infamous Eleven11 burger with a 150g wagyu beef patty, iceberg lettuce, onion, pickles, tomato, bacon, cheese and Eleven 11 Sauce… oh and they keep the truffle theme going with their Truffle Burger, and its got onion rings on it. #heavenonaplate
Overall, I loved my visit to Eleven11 cafe and my only small critiques would be to slightly unclutter the interior and spice up the upstairs area where I dined in a bit to represent the laid back, beachside coastal theme evident in the rest of the cafe. The staff were super friendly also.
So what are you waiting for, get down to Eleven11 in Warriewood and try out this Northern Beaches gem for yourself?
