The Te’ena Daiquiri (3-Star Plantation Rum, Homemade Fig Puree & Citrus) will be available exclusively at Tayim on Friday 8 March with $2 of each cocktail sold going directly to Dress For Success, an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Della Hyde: Build, Shake & Stir with Jameson
It’s never too early to celebrate the luck (and good whiskey) of the Irish, and with St Paddy’s day just around the corner, Della Hyde have partnered with whiskey big dogs, Jameson to host an exclusive masterclass.
Head down to the basement bar on Weds 13 March, and enjoy an evening dedicated to Irish whiskey lead by an official Jameson ambassador. Expect whiskey tasting and tales and a hands-on lesson on how to build, shake and stir 2 Jameson cocktails.

Tayim Head Chef, Ran Kimelfeld, has crafted a one-off menu for the evening, with enticing dishes including Charred Octopus Shish, Grilled Duck Breast accompanied by Smoked Fig Puree and Lamb Spare Ribs paired with Fire Roasted Eggplant.
This exclusive dinner is a rare opportunity to try extraordinary wines such as the 2017 Lokum Bogazkere – a medium-bodied red with ripe plum, dark berry and chocolate characteristics – Bogazkere is the only Turkish variety that is grown in Australia and available commercially.

The Butler: Meet the Maker
Juniata’s bar at The Butler in Potts Point has teamed up with Sydney wine gods, Captains of Trade, to host a very special ‘Meet the Maker’ event with Manuel Filgueira of Los Nadies Vineyard, Uruguay.
The FREE event takes place on Weds 13 March, 7-10pm. Meet the Marker is a once in a blue moon opportunity meet, chat and drink with legendary Uruguayan wine-producer, Manuel Filgueira, and sample wines from his small winery in Los Nadies.
